Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely birthday spa weekend at this hotel, enjoying beautiful views of the lake from my room and fantastic spa facilities. While the massages were amazing, the dining experience was marred by slow service and cold meals. Overall, it was a pleasant getaway with good value for a spa package, despite some hiccups.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The spacious family room was a definite plus, and we enjoyed the lovely pool area. However, the noise from nearby events and thin walls made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. The food was excellent, but the breakfast service was a bit slow, and I was disappointed that Wi-Fi wasn't available in our room.
My stay was overshadowed by a series of unfortunate events. I found the lodging experience severely lacking, particularly with cleanliness and service. Although the potential of the location is impressive, the poorly maintained facilities and overall lack of attention to detail left much to be desired. The surrounding nature could be a bright spot for some, but it doesn't compensate for the numerous shortcomings I experienced.
Overall, my stay at the hotel was a mix of enjoyment and disappointment. While I appreciated the cozy nature of the woodland lodge and the delicious dining options we enjoyed, the service and condition of the facilities fell short. Many of the amenities seem in need of an update, which detracted from the experience.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying the peaceful location and cozy rooms. The spa treatments were fantastic, but there were issues with parking and the dining experience that left me a bit disappointed. Overall, it was a good experience, but improvements in certain areas would enhance it.
